Sarah was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated from Bowsher High School and went on to attend both Bowling Green State University and the University of Toledo. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Business from the University of Toledo in 2007 (Majoring in Human Resources And minoring in PreLaw). She was first introduced to real estate in 2004, where she worked as an administrative assistant while attending college. It wasn't 6 months into her "career" that she realized that becoming a Realtor was her true calling. She received her license in 2007 - right as the market crashed. But when most agents were getting out of the industry, she persevered and made a career for herself. In 2013, Sarah received her broker's license - A license most agents do not hold. Sarah has sold over a hundred homes and counting.
Sarah is very involved at both the local and state level, fighting for your rights as property owners. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Toledo Regional Association of Realtors (TRAR), Ohio Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, served as the 2016 President of the Toledo Women's Council of Realtors Network and also chaired the TRAR Realtor Political Action Committee in 2017. Sarah is dedicated to education, training and personal development - for both herself and her agents. She attends almost every State and National Convention. Sarah's active involvement allows her to be front and center on issues and policies directly affecting our property owners and our market!
"I would have to say what sets me apart from my competition is my desire to help people. While the money is good, what's more important to me is the client's needs and overall experience. Being a buyer or a seller is emotional, nerve racking, and can be complicated. For sellers, sometimes it isn't about selling for the highest dollar; it's about selling quickly so they can move on. For buyers, it may not be as much about getting the best deal, as it is about getting into a certain neighborhood or school district. I listen to what my clients say, and I strive to always keep their interests at heart. I guess you could say I act as a travel guide for my clients, helping them navigate the entire transaction from beginning to end. I try to always be available for my clients, and I always joke that "I am much more than a Realtor, some days I am an ear to listen, a shoulder to lean on, a babysitter at closing, and sometimes even a marriage counselor!"
